I have a few questions.
Is there a limit to the number of submitted designs/themes by an individual?
You mention a wireframe yet I don't see a link to the mentioned wireframe. Am I missing something?
The mentioned accepted file formats are .psd and/or .tiff, does this mean you are not accepting a completely functional drupal theme (e.g., page.tpl.php, template.php, style.css)?

-I will not accept a fully functional drupal theme. The themes that will be sold on ADT will be equipped with technology that is not found in your average theme and will have features that are unprecedented in drupal entirely. (exaggeration is an art ;))
